May 8th, 2026 (Update)
Never tell a Priest your sins! There is a reason that the abuse is so much significantly worse in the Catholic Church compared to other Christian denominations. There exists an almost invisible nanotechnology dust that records everything people say. Your sins are between you and God and whoever you sinned against. Whenever you go to the Sacrament of Confession you are exposing you, your family, and your friends to being blackmailed and controlled by an elaborate sophisticated network of predators, pedophiles, blackmailers and perverts. Please spread the word.
I recommend the Catholic Church completely remove the Confessional to protect their members against modern nanotechnology.
I am potentially willing to negotiate removing this one specific post if the Catholic Church publicly announces that my recommended changes are to be made to the Sacrament of Confession.
If the Catholic Church insists on keeping the Confessional then I recommend at a minimum the following changes:
The Catholic Church should offer two different types of Confessionals.
Confessional Type 1 (Single Use Paper Gown): Before the Confession everyone must remove all phones, earings, jewelry, watches, necklaces, contact lenses, glasses, etc. Both the Priest and the Confessor should remove all clothes and underwear and change into inexpensive single use paper gowns. All belongings should be temporarily stored in a locker. After the confession the gowns should be immediately burned by the Priest in front of the Confessor.
Confessional Type 2 (Swim in Ocean): Everyone must remove all clothes, earings, jewelry, watches, necklaces, contact lenses, glasses, etc. and swim out naked or wearing only a swimsuit %100 fully submerged under water in a Ocean somewhere far away. And then hopefully safely confess their sins. If the priest or confessor refuses to remove the cross around their neck from their body then the priest should temporarily securely tie the cross around their ankle instead of around their neck so that it is fully submerged in water and it wouldn’t be at risk of being a recording device.
I know I’m a sinner. But I also know my sins are between me and God and whoever I’ve sinned against.
Amen.
